Blepharoplasty is an aesthetic surgical procedure that rejuvenates the eye area by removing or rearranging excess skin, muscle and fatty tissue in the upper and/or lower eyelid. It is the most effective permanent solution for eyes that look tired, puffy and old.

Upper Blepharoplasty
Excess skin on the upper lid is removed from the natural fold line. If there is a field of view restriction, there is also a functional justification.
Lower Blepharoplasty (Internal Incision)
Transconjunctival method — no external scars are left. The oil bag is regulated.
Lower Blepharoplasty (External Incision)
If there is excess skin, an incision is made under the eyelashes. More comprehensive fix.
Surgery information and recovery

Frequently asked questions about eyelid aesthetics
The surgery is performed with local anesthesia + sedation or general anesthesia. The slight tightness and burning sensation afterwards may last for a few days; is managed with medications.
The upper lid scar is hidden in the natural fold; Almost invisible in 3–6 months. In the transconjunctival method, no external scar is left on the lower lid.
Blepharoplasty does not affect visual function. If upper lid sagging restricts the field of vision, the area is widened after correction.
Make-up can be started 3-5 days after the stitches are removed for the upper lid (day 7), and 10-14 days after the lower lid.
