Breast augmentation (augmentation mammaplasty) is an aesthetic surgical procedure that increases the volume and shape of the breasts using silicone prosthesis or fat injection. Congenitally small growth, postnatal volume loss, asymmetry, or personal aesthetic preferences are common reasons for surgery.
Choosing the right implant—size, profile, surface structure, and placement plan—is determined entirely by individual anatomy. Op. Dr. Mustafa Keleş's goal is; It is a natural and proportionate appearance, not an 'operated' one.
Which technique is right for you?
Every patient and every anatomy is unique. Op. Dr. In the consultation, Mustafa Keleş determines the most appropriate technique: classic silicone prosthesis, fat injection or a combination of both.
Classic Silicone Prosthesis
Wide size range, high patient satisfaction. Under the muscle (subpectoral) or under the fascia (subfascial) placement options.
Fat Injection (Lipofilling)
The fat taken from your own body is transferred to the breast. Natural feeling, no incision scars. Ideal for limited volume increase.
Composite Technique
Combination of prosthesis + fat injection. Coating the upper pole of the prosthesis with oil provides a more natural form and superior results.
