Buttock aesthetics is the general name of surgical procedures that aim to achieve a more balanced, full and upright appearance with the body by improving the volume, projection and general line of the buttocks. Fat Injection (BBL)
Your own fat, taken from the waist, back and abdomen by liposuction, is processed and injected into the buttocks. In the same session, the body becomes thinner and the buttocks become fuller.
Buttock Implant
In thin patients with insufficient fat reserve, permanent projection is achieved by placing the silicone implant into/under the muscle.
Combined Approach
A more harmonious and soft result is achieved by providing volume with the prosthesis and a natural transition and line by injecting fat around it.
Surgery information and recovery
The procedure is usually completed in 2–4 hours under general anesthesia. For most patients, 1 night's stay is sufficient. Return to desk work is expected in approximately 7-14 days, and 4-6 weeks are expected for full weight-bearing on the buttocks and sports.

Seating rule for the first 2–3 weeks
After BBL, sitting directly on the buttocks is avoided and a special pillow is used. Corset/compression stockings and regular walking are recommended.

Frequently asked questions about buttock aesthetics
In BBL, the person's own fat tissue is removed by liposuction and injected into the buttocks; Therefore, sufficient fat reserves are required and it provides the advantage of body slimming in the same session. With a buttock implant, the silicone implant is placed in or under the muscle; It is preferred in patients with insufficient fat.
Some of the injected fat is absorbed by the body in the first months. Depending on the technique and the patient, approximately 60–70% of the fat is usually permanent. The result becomes clear in 3–6 months; In some patients, a second session may be planned.
It is recommended to avoid sitting directly on the buttocks for a long time, especially for the first 2–3 weeks after BBL, and to use a special sitting pillow. This supports the adhesion of the injected fat cells.
It is performed safely with appropriate patient selection, correct anatomical plan and experienced hands. In BBL, ultrasound guidance and injection into the correct layer is critical to prevent fat from leaking into the vein. Like any surgery, risks such as infection and asymmetry are evaluated and planned.
Retained fat cells are permanent; However, the volume may change as a result of significant weight gain or loss. A buttock implant is long-lasting, but it is not guaranteed for life. A stable weight and regular activity help maintain results.
