Recovery Process

Considering the extent of the surgery, the recovery process is slightly longer than a standard tummy tuck. You will stay under observation in the hospital for the first 2-3 days. Drains are removed within 48-72 hours. Corset use is recommended for 6-8 weeks. In the first 4 weeks, heavy loads should not be lifted, bending at the waist and long-term sitting should be avoided. Light walks can be started from the 1st week. The final shape and hardening is completed within 6-12 months.
